- We get our freshest selection of flowers daily, however, there will be variance due to seasonal limitations and other naturally-inclined reasons. - We aim to craft your bouquet based on our displays, but unable to promise an exact size, colour or shade. On the other hand, this also allows us to be more adventurous and add personalised finishing touch to your bouquet. - Due to unforeseen circumstances such as suppliers’ logistic challenges, we have the right to replace the flowers or fillers with suitable ones based on our expertise. - We value your business, however, we reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions when needed and also holds the final decision in event of any regrettable dispute.
We accept all major form of payments eg: Credit cards, Debit cards, Direct bank transfer, GrabPay.
Shipping & Delivery
- Our prices do not include delivery cost and $20 per item will be applied should you need us to deliver. - We accept order for same day deliveries, but a minimum 4 hours advance notice will ensure superb experience for your arrangement. - We also offer weekend delivery and the rate is the same as our weekday delivery at $20 per item. - Do speak to us for urgent delivery and also note there may be limited access locations (eg. Airport, Jurong Island, shipyard, etc). Delivery service may not be possible or surcharge may apply in some cases. - Alternatively, you may choose the Self Collect option and pick up your item at 168 Robinson Road #01-06 Capital Tower Singapore 068912.
- With the costs of flowers and materials, we are unable to offer refund if you decide to change your order. - We do make exceptions to delay your order for a future delivery, so speak to us if you face any issue.
We may collect information relevant to your purchase in order to fulfill our services. All personal data collected are only for the purposes of delivering our services to our customers.
